This exploratory, discussion-based ‘starter kit’ helps individuals answer those questions and more! Geared towards high potential/high performing individual contributors aspiring to grow within the organization, this program uncovers core leadership behaviors, attributes, strengths, and emotional intelligence competencies.

Leadership Lab: Cohort for Developing Leaders
The Leadership Lab goes beyond the ordinary leader development series (seriously, it’s different). The Lab is a dynamic, immersive learning experience aimed at equipping leaders at all levels with concepts, frameworks, and insights that drive human-centric cultures.
High-performing organizations are built on healthy relationships. This is the only series that is custom-built around a clear and actionable organizational goal (e.g., build relationships) that combines (1) high impact facilitation, (2) scientifically validated leadership assessments, (3) ICF-credentialed coaching and (4) the completion of a developmental action plan for each participant.
At the end of the program, you will have a newly developed leadership toolbelt, a group of peers to call on for support, and appreciation for what it means to be the manager people love to work for.

14 weeks with six three-hour facilitated workshops. There are two weeks where there is no "class" session. These are not "off-weeks"; instead, we'll be using them for individual coaching focused on your Manager Development Plan.

You’re a good fit for this workshop if you’ve been managing for 5 years or less, you understand you don't know everything and have an appetite to grow and develop, learn and share.

Leadership Lab has Cohort Commitments that all participants agree to before the program starts. Cohort Commitments help to ensure everybody who attends creates a positive space for all to learn and grow.

Our cancellation policy is simple: full refund until 1 month prior to the first day of class; 50% refund until 2 weeks prior to the first day of class.
