Today, the working world is different: Employees expect more from their leaders and organizations, work desirability has changed and there’s a certain level of intolerance when it comes to feeling overwhelmed and unfulfilled, and with five (yes, five!) generations in the workforce, the concept of leadership looks and feels different to each group. We can't expect what works today will be suitable and sustainable for the future.
Tomorrow's leaders need to develop and be equipped with the leadership capabilities that translate to complex, uncertain, unpredictable organizations. My work focuses on helping leaders to build more capacity when more is required of us, yet we only have so much to give.
Where I've Been
For over 15 years, I've supported leaders at all levels in nearly every industry and sector. My experience has helped me to understand the challenges and complexity of developing individuals and teams, allowing me to work with clients to find ways to navigate these nuances with authenticity and focus.
My Approach & Philosophy
I'm a curious, glass half full guy so coaching is a natural extension of who I am and what I bring to my clients. In coaching, articulating the outcome is the conduit between uncertainty and progress. Coaching is updating your internal operating system. To change the outcome, I will partner with you to challenge the assumptions, beliefs, realities, needs, biases, etc. of the old system to develop a new operating system needed for today's leadership challenges.
As a Strengths-based leadership practitioner, I'm influenced by positive psychology and utilize an individual's innate talents to leverage growth. My coaching style has been described as acupuncture: the questions I ask are like the small needles, some may become quite vulnerable but never too much for the client, and my approach infuses radical candor, metaphors, humor, and creativity to coach individuals to their potential.
To surface deeper levels of awareness, I offer clients the opportunity to use the following assessments: DISC Profile, Gallup Strengths, Hogan Leadership Inventory, and Center for Creative Leadership's 360-Feedback Suite.

The ROI of my coaching is the tangible and intangible results leaders need to be most impactful in today's complex world. To achieve peak productivity, it begins with deepening awareness so that leaders can increase their conversational, cultural, emotional and positive intelligence.
