Geared towards high potential/high performing individual contributors aspiring to grow within the organization, this program uncovers core leadership behaviors, attributes, strengths, and emotional intelligence competencies.
Minimum cohort: 10 participants
Using team members' scores across the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory, this team development program identifies the mix of competencies needed to achieve positive results, collaborate effectively, and understand the core motivations and values shared by the team and potential problems that might emerge. This program is structured to be facilitated over the course of multiple days or months.
Great for intact and cross-functional teams of 4+
Using the Gallup Strengths profile, this program is highly focused on uncovering and bringing awareness, appreciation, and application of each team member's innate talents. Split into two sessions, groups will uncover how their strengths contribute and hinder their success and the success of others, and build strategies to more effectively collaborate with with each other.
