Leadership Lab: Virtual Cohort for Developing Managers

2020 changed what's required to lead in complex, hybrid environments. We get it. We're here to help.

The January 2023 cohort of Leadership Lab will meet online for six 2-hour sessions running every Thursday from January 12 - February 23. The total duration of the Lab is eight weeks - more on that below.


Leadership Lab: Virtual Cohort Series for Developing Managers is not your standard, cookie-cutter manager development series. This is a high-impact, high participation, comprehensive and experiential learning program designed to give new and emerging managers the key concepts, frameworks, and discoveries to apply immediately throughout the learning journey, and more importantly, every day in their work and team environments. 


At the end of the program, you will have a newly developed leadership toolbelt, group of peers to call on for support, and appreciation for what it means to be the manager people love to work for.


What's makes Leadership Lab different from the rest?

Cohort Series Includes:

  •  Six 2-hour Expert-led Engaging Topical Sessions Necessary for Today's Hybrid Manager 
  • 3 hours Individual Coaching Per Participant w/ an ICF and Board-Credentialed Leadership Coach 
  • Gallup Strengths for Managers Assessment + Debrief w/ Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach

Why is the series eight weeks but there's only six sessions? Good question! There are two weeks where there is no "class" session. These are not "off-weeks"; instead, we'll be using them for individual coaching focused on your Manager Development Plan.


You’re a good fit for this workshop if you’ve been managing for 5 years or less, you understand you don't know everything and have an appetite to grow and development, learn and share.


Leadership Lab has Cohort Commitments that all participants agree to before the program starts. Cohort Commitments help to ensure everybody who attends creates a positive space for all to learn and grow.


Our cancellation policy is simple: full refund until 1 month prior to the first day of class; 50% refund until 2 weeks prior to first day of class. 

Cohort Size & Registration

To maintain highly engaging conversation and participation, space is limited to 12 attendees. Organizations are limited to 3 tickets per cohort in an effort to keep discussions diverse and varied.
