The Leadership Lab goes beyond the ordinary leader development series. The Lab is a dynamic, immersive learning experience aimed at equipping leaders at all levels with concepts, frameworks, and insights that drive human-centric cultures.
High-performing organizations are built on healthy relationships. This is the only series that is custom-built around a clear and actionable organizational goal (e.g., build relationships) that combines (1) high impact facilitation, (2) scientifically validated leadership assessments, (3) ICF-credentialed coaching and (4) the completion of a developmental action plan for each participant.
Throughout 12 weeks of comprehensive and experiential learning, emerging and current organizational leaders will gain the key concepts, frameworks, and discoveries to apply immediately every day in their work and team environments. Participants will be challenged to think and act differently; to update their own internal operating system by letting go of outdated leadership philosophies; and create new habits that lead to positive organizational behaviors.
At the end of the program, you will have a newly developed leadership toolbelt, group of peers to call on for support, and appreciation for what it means to be the manager people love to work for.

Why is the series 12 weeks but there's only six sessions? Good question! There are two weeks where there is no "class" session. These are not "off-weeks"; instead, we'll be using them for individual coaching focused on your Manager Development Plan.
You’re a good fit for this workshop if you’ve been managing for 5 years or less, you understand you don't know everything and have an appetite to grow and development, learn and share.
Leadership Lab has Cohort Commitments that all participants agree to before the program starts. Cohort Commitments help to ensure everybody who attends creates a positive space for all to learn and grow.
Our cancellation policy is simple: full refund until 1 month prior to the first day of class; 50% refund until 2 weeks prior to first day of class.
To maintain highly engaging conversation and participation, space is limited to 12 attendees. Organizations are limited to 3 tickets per cohort in an effort to keep discussions diverse and varied.
